Founded in 2009 with $400 and a kitchen-counter lab, Timeless Skin Care has grown into a globally recognized brand sold in over 85 countries and all Target stores nationwide. Known for high concentrations of clinically studied actives in clean, simple formulas, every product is manufactured in-house in the USA. Cruelty-free, no parabens, no artificial fragrances.

Challenge
Scaling a trusted brand across marketplaces without losing control, consistency, or credibility.
Timeless Skin Care had built a trusted global brand through DTC and retail, with strong demand emerging across marketplaces. The challenge was to extend its ingredient-first, education-driven experience to every digital shelf while maintaining brand control, consistency, and premium positioning. At the same time, Timeless needed to secure the Buy Box, protect the customer journey, and build a marketplace strategy that could support accelerated global growth.

This included building conversion-focused content informed by real shopper insights, launching a Brand Store that mirrors the brand’s educational experience, and deploying a full-funnel advertising strategy powered by Destiny. Pattern expanded promotional capabilities through premium deal access, launched and scaled Subscribe and Save, implemented precise demand forecasting to support small-batch production, and led global expansion across five marketplaces, including China. Every initiative was designed to create a consistent, high-performing, and brand-controlled marketplace experience.

Timeless achieved strong, efficient growth across marketplaces and international regions. Conversion rates increased more than 11 percent year over year, while advertising efficiency improved with ROAS rising and TACoS remaining under 3 percent. Deal strategies became top revenue drivers, and Subscribe and Save created a new recurring revenue stream with significant subscriber growth. Operationally, the brand maintained a 99.5 percent in-stock rate despite rapid scaling. China revenue grew over 2X year-over-year, proving the model could scale globally while preserving the brand experience.
