Founded in the 1990s, Balance of Nature set out to make whole-food nutrition more accessible. Their supplements use only real fruits, vegetables, spices, and fibers—retaining seeds, skins, cores, and natural color whenever possible. The brand’s Fruits & Veggies blends include 31 whole-food ingredients, paired with a unique Fiber & Spice product made from 12 whole-food fiber sources and spices. Today, Balance of Nature continues to help people easily add more whole-food nutrients into their routine, backed by a commitment to quality and real human support.
Challenge
Limited team capacity restricted marketplace performance
Balance of Nature entered the Amazon ecosystem with strong product demand but lacked the operational bandwidth to fully capitalize on it. With only one team member managing all aspects of ecommerce, the brand faced cascading challenges across compliance, logistics, advertising, and brand protection. Amazon’s strict listing and VMS requirements created frequent disruptions, from unexpected product removals to delays in resolving compliance issues.
