The shipping strain behind every handcrafted bar
As founder Jake Levy describes, scaling wasn’t simple. “I was making most of the bars myself, packing most of the bars myself, and shipping most of the orders myself.” Without access to high-efficiency logistics, Jacob Bar faced challenges fulfilling orders across the country and struggled to get their products quickly eligible for Amazon Prime’s fast shipping. Packaging issues and storage limitations held back growth, while the constant time spent preparing and shipping orders left less opportunity to focus on building the brand and innovating new products.

Raising the protein bar on operations
Jacob Bar partnered with Pattern to unlock real operational scale. With Pattern’s integrated logistics, shipping into both Amazon FBA and DTC channels became seamless. Products could now qualify for Prime shipping in as little as a week, a dramatic improvement over previous six-week delays.
