Using Pattern’s fulfillment network, Pupford routed inventory more efficiently by shipping directly from co-packers to Pattern facilities, which reduced handling and cut down transit time. Pattern also accelerated the process of moving inventory into Amazon, improving speed to FBA and helping Pupford respond more quickly to demand while maintaining stronger in-stock performance. The onboarding process was fast and straightforward, allowing for a smooth transition without disrupting day-to-day operations. Pattern’s technology platform also improved visibility and simplified communication, reducing the need for manual coordination and email-based workflows.
