As ecommerce competition intensified, Leatherman set out to drive more traffic, attract new customers, and grow sustainable organic revenue while maintaining strong direct-to-consumer sales. In Just one year, Leatherman expanded to 15 new global marketplaces, grew EMEA revenue 20%, and boosted conversion rates by 12%.
Leatherman pursued an ambitious global expansion, establishing a presence in more than 15 new marketplaces across EMEA, MENA, North America, and APAC. This growth included launching on Amazon in multiple countries, as well as on regional platforms such as OTTO, Allegro, bol.com, Walmart US, Mercado Libre, Coupang, and Rakuten. Within just four months, Leatherman achieved 20 percent year-over-year revenue growth in EMEA. To support this rapid expansion, automation tools were leveraged to enable swift, error-free updates to product content and images across all markets. Additionally, AI-driven optimization enhanced keyword targeting, titles, and product pages, leading to a 12 percent increase in conversion rates. Throughout this process, Leatherman maintained consistent, customer-first messaging, which strengthened its brand, sharpened its digital presence, and elevated the customer experience on a global scale.
